I thought I’ld tell you a few things about myself you might not know:

1. I’ve been living in Stockholm for the last 3 years (but I still go back to London a lot).

2. I’ld pick a good piece of cheese over chocolate any day.

3. I studied at Central Saint Martins college of Art & Design and worked in fashion PR & Marketing before I got into food.
