The Countess of Wessex visited Brendoncare yesterday to open the charity’s new care home and dementia service, Shared Care – one of the few in the UK that allows couples to stay together in supported accommodation, if one is living with dementia.
During the visit, The Countess met Geoff and Jean Groves (seen in picture 2) some of the newest residents of Otterbourne Mews.
The Countess has been Patron of Brendoncare since 2003.
