They are using Binchoutan (Japanese charcoal)
when they backed the food, the outside become crispy but inside very juicy by using Binchoutan.
Of course smells so good 👍🏻 thank you so much for wonderful food.
昨日は生徒のお母様方と日本食レストランHachiさんに行きました。
ここでは、備長炭を使用して、焼いているため、料理が外はカリッと中はジューシーに仕上がっており、特に焼き鳥が本当に美味しかったです！
