What’s the best part about being a BMX world champion at the age of 19? For Matthias Dandois (@matthiasdandois), it was getting to travel the world. ? ?
“My two trips to South Africa were the most amazing memories of my career,” says Matthias, now 29. “We ended up buying a BMX bike for one of the local [riders] who was killing it on the worst bike you can think of. He still rides it today.”
After visiting more than 85 countries, Matthias’ next dream travel destination is somewhat closer to home: his native France for the Paris Olympics in 2024.
