SCALP SCRUBBERS! ✨ I had to speed up this tutorial to be under a minute but I can post the full length version on IGTV if you guys want. Here are your main takeaways: ?‍♀️ You don’t need to cover your whole head with the scalp scrub and if you are, you’re prob using too much! Just a few strips on top and a few strips in back will likely be enough. Apply where you have flakes, ya know? ? Add a couple drops of water to move it around. As I’ve mentioned, this was formulated to be thick and to stay put while you’re applying. It seems like most have gotten the hang of it but if you find it hard to move around, all you have to do is add a couple drops of water (our resident curl kween @courthawkinson is wetting her hands in a bowl of warm water but we’re just gonna pretend she’s in the shower okay!? ?) ?you’ll want to apply this on thoroughly wet hair before you shampoo & condition. ✨ Many have asked what the difference is between this and the Bubble Mask as they’re both great exfoliators. The Scalp Scrub focuses on sloughing off dead skin/flakes with sugar crystals, and the Bubble Mask removes flakes, product and oil build up using salicylic acid and it also stimulates your scalp. Some people don’t like the feel of scrubs ?‍♀️ and on the other hand some people don’t like things that are super cold and invigorating ?. They’re both great for different reasons, so choose whichever one speaks to you. I never use them together in one sitting, I just pick the one my scalp is calling for that day. Anyyyyyway, have you tried the scalp scrub? Are you into it? Do you hate it? I want to know either way ?
