There’s a new video & blog post up this evening all about why dieting doesn’t work and how I can’t stand diets ??‍♀️?? I honestly wish I would have watched this when I was a teenager (or even younger!!) because it would have saved me from a lot of suffering ? Diets can be so detrimental to not only our physical health but our mental health too...I would love it if there was more education around this topic especially for younger people as it’s so important not to get sucked into the fads & hype!! ?
