pretty obsessed with nails at the moment. I am keeping them strong and long by using gel polish; they don’t get damaged and I can keep using it for months and months because of the exquisite care and attention to detail of my nail tech @bluesy_nails! if it’s applied and removed properly it shouldn’t damage your nail at all. I’m also taking collagen peptides daily and it seems to be making a big difference in my hair and nails ?✨ I also don’t cut my cuticles. that practice is savage nonsense and just turns them into a disaster zone! ?‍♀️
