Wettest, coldest, windiest session for a while this morning... It's meant to be summer New Zealand! Thankfully summer has mostly been warm and sunny, last night we ate dinner outside- was so warm! .

We were completely soaked right from the start of warm up.
1mile tempo, technique drills 10x200s with 1min recovery between each, warm down and a quick dash for the car and home to a warm shower before a gym session.
