‘Being a boy, it was really hard to find anything interesting or expressive to wear. It was literally all navy, grey, khaki… Ever since I was a really small child I wanted to be a fashion designer. I don’t know where it comes from. I just liked making stuff and dressing up.’ Today, #movingLOVE presents a video portrait of the uniquely visionary London designer @babbym as you’ve never seen him before: wearing no make-up and dressed in a dark suit – although he’s also wearing a chair on his head, just to restore the cosmos to its sensible/surreal balance.
