First night dinner in Rome was at a 1 Michelin Star restaurant called Glass Hosteria. Food was delicious. Table welcome was a sphere filled with cucumber juice and gin. That literally EXPLODED in your mouth paired with celery, peanut butter and beet dust. Appetizers beef tartare w/chorizo and quail egg(not shown), Veal tongue with seaweed, potato purée, poached shrimp and mustard seed. Second course pumpkin ravioli stuffed with 60 month aged parmesan cheese, third course rock lobster and something else amazing that I forget. And I messed you the Badu lyric.
