Seems like they are trying to make up for all those “healthy days “ they had preparing for this vacation ?. ⠀ As a result, you arrive as bikini model and leave as plus size model ?. ⠀ Don’t get me wrong, I love to go out and eat delicious food during my vacation. Here in Mexico I enjoyed margaritas, guacamole and chips, some pasta and little ice cream ? .Not every day and not all at the same time ?☝️. I have zero guilt about all those treats. ⠀ But I still try to keep my life balanced. My go to rules during vacations: 1) Hydrate. I carry bottle of water with me all the time. I drink roughly 3 large bottles of water during the day ( total 3-5 liters). 2) Stay active. I start my morning with light exercise routine/run/yoga/stretching/swimming - ANY ACTIVITY WILL DO, whatever your heart desires! I also walk a lot or ride a bike all day. ⠀ 3) I limit my meal intake to 2 large meals a day. Usually it’s lunch and dinner, no snacks in between. Those two meals I eat pretty much everything I want till I get full. ⠀ 4) I dance all my calories after the dinner ???. ⠀ 5) I always travel with BCAA and amino energy @optimumnutrition. Don’t get me wrong, I love to go out and eat delicious food during my vacation.
