The casket of #JazmineBarnes, a seven-year-old black girl who was fatally shot as her family drove to a grocery store on Dec. 30, during a viewing ceremony before memorial services in #Houston on Jan. 8. A second black man has been charged with capital murder in the drive-by slaying, the Associated Press reports, a death that her #family had initially believed was racially motivated after describing the shooter as a white man. Authorities say Larry D. Woodruffe, 24, and Eric Black Jr., 20, mistakenly thought they were attacking people they had previously fought at a club hours earlier. Read more on TIME.com.
