I wish this weren’t true but I have real guilt over not having better relationships with people, including family and friends. I have guilt of being preoccupied with my own problems and not thinking of others more. Then I think about the times when I’m really feeling good about myself and how it helps me be filled with generosity towards others. I need to be more generous with myself so I can be more generous with the world. This is an ongoing process of me thinking out loud and trying to be a better human being.
