A little late but Happy New Years everybody? I spent mine near Mt. Fuji relaxing and reflecting. Last year was probably the busiest and most stressful year of my life. This year will see me go through quite a few big changes in my career and personal life. I’ll be turning 29 and I’m truly ready to move on and move forward with the next stage of my life. I have contracted commitments to social media through the summer but as much as possible I want to step back from it. It serves as the main way to communicate with the people I love all over the world so I can’t disappear but I hope you all get the chance this new year to disconnect and focus on yourself and mental well being. SMS are great tools but they can take away almost as much as they give. Be honest with yourself about what you are putting out and taking in. Take care of yourself first.
