Chocolate crinkle cookies. Usually I make these with dark chocolate but since Mika doesn’t like dark chocolate and I wanted to bake these for him before he left me for the rest of 2018 (so dramatic i know ? - he left the 29th ?) I altered the recipe and did half dark half milk. I think they turned out pretty amazing. Got his stamp of approval any way ? Last treat for him before spending New Years and the first few weeks of 2019 in the UAE with the Thai national team playing in the Asian Cup ???? so proud! I think I’ll celebrate with another cookie ?
