I’m setting forth this new year with the continued intention to deeper my self love and self care ?

I’m ready to illuminate the shadows, loving and accepting all aspects of who I am. I want to say yes to the things that scare me the most, and no to the things that drain my essence. I want to surround myself with like minded people who walk this earth with kindness pouring from their hearts. And I want to share this kindness every where I go ??

I’ve always strived to be my best self and live my best life. Lately it has required me to spend less time on my phone and more time with my family, and on my own. The more I continue on this path of self care, meditating, eating wholesome natural foods, feeding my soul with nourishing connections and lots of nature time, the more energy and love I have to share. I love you guys so much and I love to connect with each of you, and know more about your lives and who you are. In 2019 I will endeavor to take care of myself so wholeheartedly I will be able to connect and share even more love and light ??✨
