2018 humbled me & touched my heart. i am so grateful for all of the love in my life, my fans, my personal relationships, my health, the health of my loved ones, my career successes, but most of all, my mental health and personal growth (which colors how we perceive everything around us and makes up our view of life). while parts of this year have been wonderful, this year mostly showed me how much deep healing there is to be done, within myself, and in our world. in a big way. a new year is a great excuse to learn to be kind to ourselves & others, to decide to be brave, to be better & commit to spreading light & not toxicity. it’s really...not that hard. ((& let’s be honest, none of us claim ownership of this last year + we can do so much better)) 🌹
