How does it feel knowing there are only a few hours left in 2018? Was it a good year for you and are you’re sad about having to say good bye, or are looking forward to moving on to the next? ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Although I’m not really a fan of new year resolutions, I’d still like to set intentions and goals because if I don’t do it, I feel like I won’t grow.

Some of my intentions for next year are to slow down and find more peace in my daily life, more time to learn and do what I really love, which is visual art, holistic health, yoga and sustainable living.
