As the rain pours down, I can’t help but think of this cozy setting from a New Years adventures in Ireland some time back - just in from a walk my lovely husband had set out a pot of tea in the mud room and lit a fire in the great old stone fireplace - and now as I type this we are a world away with a baby curled into my lap, a familiar fire in the dining room at Cottage Farm and I can’t help but wonder at all the adventures I know lie ahead .
