With Lux being an only child we decided to give a chunk of our Christmas Day to others rather than the spoil fest that has occurred in the past. She was very spoilt still the whole day, of course, but she also cheered a lot of people up and I couldn’t recommend it enough for kids and families aswell as adult volunteers. The Stoke Newington Community Christmas was organised by @christmasmurdoch a friend and colleague .. not a big charity or organisation. And it gave 30 elderly members of our little east London village somewhere to be who would otherwise spend Christmas alone.
