A plant powered Christmas dinner ?? If you’re wondering what on Earth I ate since turkey and pigs in blankets were off the menu, here is the feast I tucked into! ? A @waitroseandpartners beetroot wellington, @lindamccartneyfoods sausages, a wedge of stuffing, roast potatoes in olive oil, maple parsnips & carrots, pan fried sprouts, red cabbage with apple & cinnamon & a mountain of steamed broccoli ? And not forgetting lashings of vegan gravy which was added after this photo ? Followed up by chocolates, cake & mince pies... It’s safe to say I rolled off my chair ?
