One last Christmas brag about my perfect boyfriend @robertsandberg and the incredible meal he made us last night! Terrine de foie gras with brioche and raisin coulis, and for our main, pan fried sweetbreads with caramelized onions in a sauce au vadouban topped with peanut foam. Have I mentioned I love him? non alcoholic wine AKA refined grape juice provided by @navarrovineyards (we go through this stuff like CRAZY it’s a staple at every meal now 😍)
