This is Lori Eskowitz-Carter (@eskoesko) the brilliant costume designer for Will & Grace. She has done EVERY episode. Not only is she exceptionally talented but also a kind heart and a dear friend. One of the people who has helped create and define Grace. In the second picture is Amy Crofoot, my stand-in. For 20 years she has been there to help me do my job and now she is also all of our go-to for running lines. We all couldn’t do it with her. There are so many people who you don’t see who are a vital part of making W&G happen. They deserve applause & acknowledgement.
