For the Filling - 200ml Milk - 100ml Fresh cream - 50g Granulated sugar - 10g Gelatin - 10g Matcha . For the Topping - Mint - Blueberry - Whipped cream . Directions: 1. Mix the butter at normal temperature with a mixer. 2. Add sugar and the stirred eggs little by little. 3. Sift through the flour, baking powder, black cocoa powder and mix with a spatula. 4. Place it in a mold and bake for 50 minutes in an oven preheated to 180ºC. 5. Hollow out the cake. 6. Boil milk, fresh cream, granulated sugar and gelatin in a pan and cook at medium heat. 7. Pour half of the milk into the hollowed cake and let it cool until it solidifies. 8. Place the matcha previously combined with the other half of milk on top of the solidified milk and let it cool until it solidifies too. 9. Complete it with the topping and enjoy! ? .
