Photos on the left were taken a week ago. I made some very little changes the last 7 days such as only eating when hungry, drinking no less then half my body weight in ounces of water, and doing 25 squats almost everytime I used the restroom. I didn't do any other workouts and I didn't change my diet (which both need work). When I had a strong craving for something I ate it. The littlest changes can help make a difference. #babysteps #beforeandafter #slowandsteady
