Much needed Monday Morning Motivation. We have been toying with transitioning Sonny to one nap but haven’t fully committed (partly because we head to the east coast next week and don’t know if it’s worth it to change everything now) so his sleep has been all over the place. This morning in particular with a 5:30am wake up! Anyone have any tips??
