Listening to Mai body is the biggest lesson I've learned from gaining weight & getting healthier, & since I'm headed to Miami this weekend, I focused on the 2 moves that burn so hard for tight results 😬 My trainer @amrosefitness taught me bout the Hip Belt Squats, which pretty much loads ur torso, to increase leg and hip strength without damage to the back. I hit squats or thrusts 4x a week so it feels bomb to switch it up. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Resistance band running is a whole nutha technique drill that I love/hate haha. But I see/feel results STAT so here we are. 🙄
Since I'm in gain mode I don't do a ton of cardio, so this move is the perfect way to gain speed, power and strength using resistance bands. What I notice quick is it leans out and cuts the "bulk" of weights to build my feminine shape.
