It is with much gratitude and excitement that I shared the stage at the Teen Vogue Summit with their poised new visionary, Editor-in-Chief, Lindsay Peoples Wagner.
Together we engaged in a conversation about the challenges our industry runs rampant with- about the lack of diversity and inclusion as it relates to size, race, age, sexuality, and gender identity- in front of hundreds of passionate and active teenagers who are empowered to change our world.
Now is not a time for us to sit quietly, it is a time to speak up and out and inspire action to drive change. And it is so inspiring to have this conversation with our future. I feel so much hope when I look out at the young faces who have the empathy and the power to take charge and drive us forward.
