【紅葉の見納めは、日本酒と？シャンパンと？選べる2つのイベント開催】暦の上では、小雪。朔風払葉（きたかぜこのはをはらう）。これは、冷たい北風が木々の葉を落とす頃、地面が落ち葉で埋め尽くされる冬への季節の変わり目のことを表す言葉です。庭園の紅葉も、だんだんと見納めの季節が近づいてきました。八芳園では、平成最後の紅葉狩りを盛り上げる2つのイベントを12月6日(木)に開催いたします。ひとつは、京都伏見で約340年続く酒蔵「増田徳兵衛商店」さんの代表的なお酒「月の桂」はじめ、数種類の日本酒を「増田徳兵衛商店」さんから直接お話しを伺いながら味わう、「蔵元さんと一緒に日本酒を愉しむ会」。そして、世界的アーティスト沖野修也氏のJAZZをベースにしたDJを聞きながら、FIFAワールドカップの公式シャンパン「テタンジェ」を味わう「粋Night」。秋の終わりを粋に過ごす、八芳園の2つのイベントで紅葉の見納めを。［八芳園］ https://www.happo-en.com/ 【Last chance to see autumn leaves with Japanese sake? or champagne? Two events are held!】 It's a time period called "Sho-setsu" (literally meaning minor snow) according to the Japanese calendar. "Kitakaze Konoha wo Harau" is the word which represents the changing of season to winter covered with fallen leaves on the ground when a chilly north wind disrobes the trees of their leaves. The last time is gradually approaching to enjoy autumn leaves in our garden... Two events will be held in Happo-en on Thursday, December 6th to boost the last autumn leaves viewing in the Heisei period. One is "The party together with Kuramoto, or Japanese sake brewery", where you could enjoy drinking different sorts of sake including "Tsukino Katsura", the signature sake of "Masuda Tokubee Shoten", the brewery lasting about 340 years in the Fushimi area of Kyoto while listening to the owner of the brewery in person. The other is "IKI Night" at which you are able to enjoy FIFA World Cup Official Champagne "Taittinger" while listening to a world DJ Shuya Okino performing music based on Jazz.
