This week our first group of Mongolian school teachers began their training in Sustainable Pasture Management. The new curriculum developed for us by the Sustainable Fibre Alliance is now being taught to teachers who will then roll it out to school pupils from herder families across the Khentii Region. We are extremely excited to be funding this pioneer program which we hope will help the next generation manage their grassland, in accordance with traditional Mongolian nomadic practices and in the face of increasing global warming, so that it can be passed on in good condition for generations to come. #sustainability #globalwarming #cashmere #training #mongolia
