Leading lines of erosion carved out by air bubbles released deep underwater. Air is subject to atmospheric pressure levels underwater, the deeper you go, the greater the condensed pressure becomes and the air bubbles tighten up into smaller spheres. This iceberg here had calved off a near by glacier, as it was pushed into the ocean and began to melt these tiny air bubbles are forced out and overtime carve out these strident lines. Icebergs that are deeper down in the water can erode like this as pressurized air escapes and forms these stunning lines. As temperatures continue to increase the Antarctica peninsula is melting nearly faster than anywhere on the planet.
