This 3-ingredient Cranberry Sparkler from @yossyarefi is just the thing to start Thanksgiving festivities! Salute!

Recipe:
Cranberry Sparkler

2 ounces Mionetto Rosé
2 ounces cranberry juice
2 ounces ginger beer
Lime, mint and sugared cranberries to garnish

Fill a glass with ice. Top with cranberry juice, ginger beer, and Prosecco. Garnish with a wedge of lime, sprig of mint, and a few sugared cranberries.

Sugared Cranberries

1 cup fresh cranberries
1 cup simple syrup
1 cup granulated sugar

Add the cranberries to simple syrup and use a slotted spoon to transfer them to a drying rack. Let them dry for 30 minutes, then roll in granulated sugar.
