I have always admired the unity and strength of Americans after dramatic events, the ability to rise no matter how much falls on them. I see this today , again,here in LA after the #woolseyfire . Schools, grocery stores, animal shelters , hotels , private boats full of supplies and homes that opened their doors to the ones in need . Everybody showed love respect support and most importantly humanity . I have friends who don't have a house anymore and others who risked their life staying awake all night to keep the fire out of their house. Nobody gave up and I am so proud of you.
My prayers go to all the people and animals going through this and to @losangelesfiredepartment for doing such a great job . #staystrong❤️• Ho sempre ammirato l'unità e la forza degli americani dopo gli eventi drammatici, la capacità di rialzarsi indipendentemente da ciò che gli è accaduto senza piangersi addosso. In questi giorni qui a LA sono stata testimone di questo a causa del disastro causato dal #woolseyfire. Scuole, supermercati, rifugi per animali, alberghi, barche piene di beni di prima necessità , abitazioni private che hanno aperto le loro porte alle vittime di questa tragedia. Tutti hanno mostrato amore sostegno, rispetto e soprattutto, umanità . Ho amici che non hanno più una casa e altri che hanno rischiato la vita rimanendo svegli tutta la notte per tenere il fuoco che era arrivato fino al proprio muro di recinzione sfidando fiamme alte come palazzi sotto al cielo che sembrava un girone dell’inferno, tutti hanno mostrato coraggio ed io sono orgogliosa di questa città .
Le mie preghiere vanno a tutte le persone ed agli animali che stanno attraversando questo momento e ringrazio @losangelesfiredepartment per il grande lavoro fatto.
