☀️ 3x15 per leg Single-Leg Glute Bridge- Elevated! Slow & controlled, feel da squeeeeeze
☀️ 3x20 Kneeling Hip Thrust with band - learned these from @mackfit - tried not to arch my back and make the whole movement about the glute squeeze. I think a little less thrust at the end still would have been as effective for the activation!
☀️ 3x20 Donkey Kickbacks with band
☀️ 3x20 Lying Glute Squeeze - not sure if that’s the name, but I don’t usually do these, just have seen them done a lot and thought I would give it a try! Definitely felt the burn!
