Well I officially signed my contract with the Texas Rangers!! I am beyond excited about this opportunity! The support from family, friends, and fans has been a bit overwhelming to say the least. It has been very humbling! I look forward to the challenges ahead and the work has already fully begun. I cant wait to share and spread my beliefs into the hearts and minds of this young Rangers team that is honestly ready for the challenge. Our goal is to instill a championship belief and process into the roots of this organization, to create a positive culture focused on learning and growth, and to promote a fearless, relentless competitive spirit focused on winning EVERY pitch!!! We want our guys to create a habit of winning!! There will be good days and bad days, but these guys will know we will always support them through any difficulty! These Ranger players are eager to prove people wrong, they are ready to compete and wont back down for anyone. Thank you Ranger fans for welcoming my family and I into your Ranger family! We will give our hearts and souls to this organization!
