so many of us struggle with something.
anxiety fears and self esteem.. life throws such curve balls that we either normalize it or try to adapt to stress. adaption is such a powerful thing. it can be life saving. but is is not something we need in all situations. i have struggled with depression since I was 12 years and been suicidal majority of that time. existing, living.. some days i dont understand why i can’t just die or disappear but i know that is a selfish thought and that, actually, life can also be beautiful. but we have to allow it to be that way. i just want you all to know your life is amazing and worth living. your voice, is beautiful and incredible. i, personally, struggle to live every day, but we are all here and need to love each other. love is the key. it is healing and progressive.
