As I go through my own journey I’m beginning to realize through diagnosis and therapy how much our past is tied to our present and that until we recognize the effect the experience, both good and bad, have had on us we can’t see the way of moving forward. Just now coming to this hypothesis, curious to see if it resonates with anyone else’s journey of if you disagree and think that the past is the past and it’s better to move on?
