Marking the November 5th Bonfire night here in London
This is the mask of V, the character born from the words of Alan Moore and the illustrations of David Lloyd, who's adventures were told in the comic, then became a film, 'V for Vendetta'.
Here the superhero appears on the cover of the British comics anthology 'Warrior', that ran out from March 1982 to January 1985.
V is an anarchist revolutionary that fights for democracy.
His masks and costume are inspired by the greatest conspirator in history: Guy Fawkes.
Today this mask is the face of the Anonymous movement and many others manifestations all over the world and it is the symbol of the fight for democracy.
