Treated myself on my rest day🌸 I normally don’t talk about this.. but I wanted to share that I have recently become #vegan 🌱 😊 I decided to go on a plant based diet 2 months ago for environmental and ethical reason cuz I love animals💜 (shoutout to @theellenshow And Cowspiracy for inspiring me). BUT I was not expecting the incredible health benefits🤯 in the past, I always dismissed the fact that eliminating animal products could genuinely change how you feel as a person. I feel HAPPIER and stronger from the change. Increase of energy and #glowyskin is a plus👌🧖♀️ Each person can have a different experience but I’ve noticed my performance climbing go up :)) it also feels good to be helping the Earth reverse climate change and water shortages😎 i was afraid of having meat/ fish cravings if I went vegan but I’ve had no issue w that even though I’m living in Tokyo! I have to admit , it sometimes is difficult to find vegan options when eating out... @HappyCow has been v helpful for me :)). If you’re considering it, give it a shot:)) i know this is a controversial topic and I respect the choices that every individual makes about their eating habits 😊😊 Lets help the world around us🌎!(These were vegan pancakes / smoothie from a cute cafe in Harajuku) .
