? When we feel stuck in a rut, we’re usually responding to disappointments based upon what we thought would or should happen. During those times, our anxiety can be seen as a weapon of resistance we use in hopes that we will magically see change. But being mindful is the ability to focus on the distress of the moment, accept it, and work towards changing it for the better.
