Spreading awareness I couldn’t be more disappointed and saddened by the decision the Hawaii Supreme Court made yesterday allowing TMT to construct their 30 meter telescope on sacred lands atop Mauna Kea. It’s heartbreaking to watch our ʻāina manipulated and reduced to dollar signs. This land is our piko. It connects us to our kupuna and will continue to connect us to future generations to come. It deserve our utmost care and respect. I wish I could be there but I’m sending my deepest aloha to everyone on the mauna. It’s been a long battle but it’s not over yet.
