今どきこんなストイックなモノづくりをしているなんて、と思わずのけぞってしまったカラーリップ。使用している色材はミネラル（天然石）のみ。「ミネラルって色がくすむよね」という定説が生まれてだいぶ経ち、平成も終わろうとしている今、カルミンもパプリカ色素もタール色素も使わず4色のローズカラーを出すっていうんだから。

使ってみると、ミネラルのくすみ感って逆に肌から浮かなくて、いい感じに唇をアップデートできるということがわかる。発色もうまい。出すぎないし、潤いがともなって美しいツヤが生まれるから、ふんわり、しっとり。

特にグレースフルローズというカラー、サンセットのようなあたたかみと、ほんのりフォギーな白っぽさがあって、さらに発色がさりげないから、素の唇がエレガントに変容したと錯覚できること請け合い。オーガニックひまし油でケア効果も抜群、スリムなヴィジュアルも◎。これが税込700円ってどういうことだろう。

Simply, Honestly Organic ¥700 Tinted Lip Balm

Who makes such stoically simple products nowadays!? These tinted Lip balm blew my mind. The only pigments used in them are just natural minerals. That’s it. “Mineral pigments=dull colors” has been a well-established opinion for a while, but The Public Organic dares to create four different rose colors without using carmine, paprika dye, or coal tar. Just minerals.

Of course I tried them myself. The colors are smokey and surely not as bright as other lipsticks, but that’s exactly why they look so natural. They’re not too bold, just enough to “upgrade” your natural lip color. They also moisturize and add a beautiful glow, so your lips appear soft and smooth.

The Graceful Rose color is especially great. It’s warm like the color of sunset and slightly foggy and white. The subtlety of this shade gives your lips an elegant yet natural transformation. Thanks to organic castor oil in the ingredients, they also have an amazing lip care effect. The slim and simple packaging is great too. AND they’re only 700 yen each. Seriously!?
