Triceps to finish off the day.
Things to remember when training triceps.
1. Train all three heads! This requires you to do something over head- working the long head of the triceps.
2. On most tricep exercises work to keep the elbows tucked in. Keep the focus where it should be!
3. Drops sets are a great tool to use when training triceps! Rope extensions being my favorite!
