一 Define the socket & outer corner with PermaGel Ultra Glide Eye Pencil in ‘XTREME BLACK’
一 Pack ‘DARK MATTER’ pigment on top of the pencil with a flat brush & lightly diffuse the edges with ‘DEEP SPACE’ pigment
一 Use a finger to apply ‘INTERSTELLAR’ pigment to the lid
一 Define the waterline & lower lash line with PermaGel Ultra Glide Eye Pencil in ‘XTREME BLACK’
一 Smudge the pencil with a small detail brush
一 Blend ‘DARK MATTER’ pigment along the lower lash line with a small blending brush
