? SAUCE: Good dipping sauce can enhance the taste of the grilled items. I like my sweet-savory-spicy sauces to be mixed with leeks, fried onions and a dash of minced garlic. Oh, and I recently found a simple, yet oh-so-delicious mix for the savory sauce ? Salt + sesame oil. Yummm. Must try!

? SIDE DISH: Grilled veggies, please! ??‍♀️???? I like them crispy bites in-between munching the tender meats. And the warm steamed rice + curry + gyudon combo is my favorite, too!

? STEPS: I always try the original taste of the grilled meats & vegs first, then surprise my tongue with different flavors of my pre-mixed dipping sauces. First, it’s savory! ? Next, it’s sweet! ? Then, a little bit spicy! ? It’s like a dressing up game, really. Except that you’re dressing up the meats in different sauces with each bites, instead of dressing yourself up in different clothes every time you go out. ??
