皮は薄めではちきれるような食感
ぶどう農家さん曰く
種無しより種ありの方が栄養価も高く味も濃厚なんだとか
食べ比べをしたら確かに種ありの方が葡萄らしい酸味と濃縮された甘みを感じました🖤
