It's always fun spending time with my children, especially when cooking with them. Today we are going to make Sate and Kiyomi loves it! .

The Sate we are serving right now uses tofu pieces for added vegetable proteins. I’m also using Bango light soy sauce made from Malika Black Soy and Stevia leaf extract with 30% less sugar, which is better for my children.

Here is the list of all ingredients:
250 gr of chicken
100 gr tofu (Cut it to dice)

Chicken Oil
4 table spoon of vegetable oil
3 cloves of Garlic (Puree it)
1 tea spoon coriander seed (Puree it)
Cook all ingredients with small fire until the garlic turns yellow. Strain it and only take the oil.

Peanut Sauce
1 table spoon of red chili paper
2 table spoon of vegetable oil
3 cloves of Shallots
2 cloves of Garlic
50 ml of water
100 gr roasted peanuts
75 ml of Bango light soy sauce
Puree all ingredients until it thickens and serve it in a different bowl.

How to cook:
1. Dip Satay with chicken oil and grill with medium fire. After that, separate the meat with skewers
2. Stir-fry the diced tofu
3. Mix Satay and tofu in small fire and add the Peanut sauce. You can add kecap bango light.
4. Serve with complimenting ingredients such as stir-fried onion or pickles.
