maintain healthy relationships (cut em off if they’re not actin right) , stay hydrated internally and externally (drink more water and don’t be ashy) , give your skin time to breathe, don’t sleep in your makeup , limit dairy products, & exfoliate (don’t be crusty) ‼️😂♥️
