Diet face to the max!??

Anyone that’s competed before knows this feeling! This was 36 hours out from my show and I was READY! I was down to 6% body fat and I know most of you will think this is unhealthy and to a certain level it is if I were to stay this lean for a long period of time which wasn’t the case. But I am an athlete and to be the best you must go to extreme levels especially as a natural.

I was proud of what I did in this 4-1/2 month prep I had never been so dedicated and detailed in my everyday routine. Not missing one lift, cardio session or meal (weighed out and timed 6 x per day). There were times I had to dig deep with in myself for the strength to get through the last few weeks. But I knew I had it in me and I could do it! -

Competing a couple months ago and coming back to the stage is something that has given me even more strength because I showed myself what I was capable of. There were days I questioned if I could go through with it but had such a burning desire to succeed and it’s something I can’t explain but simply put it was ALL HEART! This prep was one for the books and I’m already missing that grind!??
