After our usual warm-ups, which I will be posting soon. I swear it's a workout before the workout??♀️ We started our linear periodization workout, you can ask Jeff for the science behind it. Today’s focus was squats ??♀️ First set: 70% of 1RM(rep max) for AMRAP(as many reps as possible)
Second set: 65% and match the reps from the first set
Third set: 60% and beat the previous reps from the previous set by at least two
In between sets we did heavy single arm bent over db rows 3x8
